ANIMATION REEL

With this lecture I first present Dylan’s lyrics as words to be read; we then listen to them as he sang them and observe how the meaning of his words changes through performance. We look at eight songs from Dylan’s incredibly productive 1963-1966 period and discuss the question, “What is literature after all?”
